Lab Technician

Job Description

As a Dental Surgical Guides Lab Technician at Reveal Guides, you will play a critical role in our lab operations by manufacturing dental surgical guides. Your expertise in dental technology, along with your attention to detail, will contribute to producing guides that meet the highest standards of quality and precision. This role requires a blend of technical skills, a thorough understanding of dental anatomy, and the ability to work with advanced digital manufacturing equipment. 

Qualifications

  • Proficient in the use of dental CAD/CAM software, 3D printing, and CNC machining.
  • Strong understanding of dental anatomy and familiarity with dental surgical procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing work of the highest quality.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in an easily understandable manner.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture dental surgical guides according to specified requirements using digital fabrication equipment, including 3D printers and CNC machines.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet Reveal Guides’ high-quality standards and adhere to dental industry regulations.
  • Interpret and process digital impressions and CT scans, converting them into 3D models for surgical guide fabrication.
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to customize surgical guides based on specific surgical needs and patient anatomy.
  • Participate in continuous education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and surgical guide fabrication.

Location

The position is available at both our San Francisco and Portland labs. Please indicate your location preference in your application.
